In this project, we partnered with a USA-based horse barn supply company to design, prototype, and mass-produce a wide range of durable and functional hardware components tailored specifically for barn environments.

What We Delivered:

• Hardware Components Designed:

  • Heavy-duty handles, latches, and doors

  • Precision-fit latch keepers and sliding latch catches

  • Secure chain latches and cane bolts

  • Space-saving foldable tables for barn use

• Design & Engineering: Our team provided end-to-end product development, including detailed CAD modeling, strength validation, and usability enhancements to ensure every part would withstand rugged daily use in barn environments.

• Prototyping & Manufacturing Techniques:

  • VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machining for high-precision metal components

  • Sheet metal fabrication for robust, custom-formed structures

  • PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating for premium, corrosion-resistant finishes

  • Powder coating for long-lasting durability and aesthetic appeal

• Mass Production: Once the prototypes were tested and approved, we handled full-scale manufacturing, ensuring consistent quality across all hardware items.
