In this project, we designed and produced a series of premium cane bolts and chain latches for horse barn doors, combining both modern and vintage aesthetics to match different architectural styles.

What We Did:

• Design & Styling: We developed multiple design variations, blending modern minimalism with classic vintage details, ensuring each piece complements both contemporary and traditional barn environments.
• Prototyping & Testing: After finalizing the concepts, we created functional prototypes to validate usability, durability, and fit across various door types.
• Tooling & Production: We built aluminum and zinc die-cast molds for all parts, ensuring high precision and consistency during mass production.
• Premium Finishing: Each hardware component received a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating, providing superior corrosion resistance and a luxurious metallic finish that enhances both appearance and longevity.
• End-to-End Delivery: We managed the entire production cycle, including manufacturing, quality checks, packaging, and international logistics, successfully delivering the products to the client’s location in the USA.
