In this project, we designed a unique mobile phone lock pouch for people who want to reduce their screen time and stay focused. Whether for students, professionals, or anyone looking to take a digital break, this pouch offers a simple yet effective solution.

The pouch is made of durable material and includes a zipper lock combined with a smart, timer-based locking mechanism. Once the phone is placed inside and the timer is set, the pouch locks and cannot be opened until the timer runs out—helping users stay away from their devices for a chosen period.

What We Did:

• Product Design: We created the complete design of the pouch, ensuring it is user-friendly, compact, and secure.

• Custom Locking Mechanism: Our team engineered a reliable electronic locking system that is controlled by a timer, allowing the pouch to lock and unlock automatically.

• Electronics & Firmware: We designed and fabricated a custom PCB for the timer lock, and also developed the firmware to control the locking logic.

• Prototyping & Testing: Functional prototypes were built and tested to refine the performance and user experience.

• Market-Ready Production: A small batch was manufactured for early market testing to gather feedback and validate the concept.

This project is a great example of how we blend product design, electronics, and user-focused innovation to bring purposeful ideas to life.
