About this project

In this project, we designed and developed ground reinforcement grids made from 100% recycled plastic, offering a durable and eco-friendly solution for driveways, pathways, and car parks. The grids are engineered to provide excellent load-bearing stability while allowing natural water drainage, preventing surface erosion and pooling.

What We Did:

  • Design & Optimization: We designed the grid geometry for maximum strength, interlocking stability, and ease of installation, while minimizing material usage for cost efficiency.
  • Sustainability Focus: The grids were made entirely from recycled plastic, contributing to environmental sustainability and promoting green infrastructure.
  • Tooling & Production: We developed injection molds for large-scale manufacturing and ensured precision across all grid panels.
  • Volume Manufacturing & Logistics: Our team managed the end-to-end production process, from molding and quality inspection to shipping over 30,000 pieces to the USA, delivering a turnkey solution to the client.

This project demonstrates our expertise in sustainable product engineering, high-volume manufacturing, and global logistics management, combining functionality with environmental responsibility.
