What we did

• Concept & aesthetic design: Explored and developed multiple outer shape options to achieve a minimalist and elegant look, suited to various home or office environments.

• Manufacture-ready engineering: Once the final design was chosen, optimized it for injection molding, carefully following industry guidelines for smooth, efficient, cost-effective mass production.

• Prototype development: Built functional prototypes to test performance, fit, and overall user experience, refining the design before going into production.

• Mass production: Managed the entire manufacturing process using injection molding, producing high-quality air purifiers at scale while keeping costs low.

This project is a great example of our ability to combine creative design, engineering precision, and large-scale manufacturing expertise, delivering a complete, market-ready product from start to finish.
