Laser cutting and a custom bending die

Detailed mechanical engineering fed into laser cutting for precise profiles, with a custom bending die developed for consistent shape and spring action across every unit.

A dedicated fixture system was built specifically for accurate tip formation.

Welding and finishing without visible marks

The two metal arms were joined by spot welding, followed by precision polishing and buffing to eliminate weld marks, keeping the aesthetic clean despite a welded assembly.
