About this project

This project began with a client’s unique childcare product idea, a simple rough sketch of a handheld bottle holder meant to make feeding time easier and more comfortable for parents and children. From that initial concept, we provided a complete turnkey product development solution that transformed the idea into a successful commercial product.

What we did

  • Research & concept development: Started with market research to understand user needs, ergonomics, and competitive products, helping the client define a clear direction for design and usability.

  • Design & engineering: From the client’s rough sketch, created detailed 3D CAD models, ensuring ergonomic comfort, safe handling, and compatibility with various bottle types.

  • Prototyping & refinement: Developed multiple prototype iterations to test grip, balance, and usability. Based on real-world user feedback, refined the design to achieve the perfect form and functionality.

  • Manufacturing readiness: The final design was made DFM-ready and optimized for both plastic and silicone injection molding, ensuring high-quality, consistent production.

  • Mass production & logistics: Managed the entire mass production process, including DDP logistics support, ensuring smooth delivery to the client’s warehouse.

The product is now available on Amazon USA and other major e-commerce platforms, performing exceptionally well in sales and customer satisfaction. This project highlights our strength in end-to-end product development, from ideation and design to prototyping, manufacturing, and market success.
