Bottles Buddy: From a Rough Sketch to an Amazon USA Bestseller
Great childcare products often start with a simple idea from someone who lives the problem every day. Our client came to CADLETE Designs with a unique idea for a baby bottle holder, drawn as a rough sketch, and needed a partner who could take it all the way to market.
We provided a complete turnkey product development solution. It began with market research to guide the direction, followed by turning the sketch into a detailed 3D CAD model. We then built rounds of prototype iterations to perfect the product, and refined the design further based on real user feedback.
With the design proven, we made it DFM-ready for injection molding and carried out mass production using both plastic and silicone injection molding. CADLETE also provided DDP logistics support, delivering the finished products with duties handled.
The product is now available on Amazon USA and other e-commerce platforms, where it is selling in good quantities, a complete journey from sketch to successful launch.
