Are you a soft toy or plush manufacturer?
No. We do not manufacture textile, plush, or soft-goods products. We engineer toys, game products, and kits that need real mechanical design, electronics, or firmware underneath them, injection molded and laser cut hard goods, not stuffed animals.
Do you build the electronics for an interactive toy, or just the plastic housing?
Both, under one team. We have designed the PCB, firmware, and enclosure together for real shipped products, an electronic LARP combat system with RGB LED health tracking, and a pickleball scoring device, so the electronics and the housing are engineered as one product, not handed off between two vendors.
Can you take a STEM kit from a first concept to a real classroom-ready product?
Yes, this is real, done work. The Lemur DIY Hologram STEM Kit shipped through two full product generations for a USA EdTech client, from a first working version to a lighter, more refined kit built to scale into classrooms.
Do you handle toy safety certification like ASTM F963 or EN71?
We design to the certification your target market requires, but CADLETE does not issue toy safety certification itself. That is a formal testing and compliance process handled by an accredited lab, not something an engineering partner signs off on.
We are based in Singapore, the Netherlands, or Australia, not the USA, does this work?
Yes. We already have real, verified clients across these markets, and a real office in Ludwigsburg, Germany, gives EU and nearby-market clients a face-to-face point of contact alongside our engineering team in India.
What is the minimum order quantity for a first production run?
There is no fixed minimum, we work at zero MOQ. Batch sizes are set to what your launch actually needs, not only large repeat orders.
If our toy needs an injection mold, who owns it?
You do, outright and immediately, not after hitting a volume target. There is no amortization clause and no lien on the tooling, the mold built for your product is yours from day one, for life, and we never resell it, repurpose it, or run it for another client.
How is our game or toy IP protected from being copied or reused?
A non disclosure agreement and any written IP paperwork your project needs are signed before any design file, schematic, or firmware is shared. All manufacturing is done in-house, nothing is subcontracted to China or a third-country vendor, so your files, molds, and IP never leave our facility or pass through any other party.
