Production Transparency: See Every Stage of Your Order
You should not have to chase a factory for news. Your engineer shares photos and videos at each stage, sends inspection reports before shipping and follows your shipment to your door.
What you see during production
- A video of the first sample for your approval, before production starts
- Photo and video updates at each stage: tooling, first parts, production, assembly and packing
- First article inspection (FAI) and dimension reports when your order includes them
- CMM reports for parts with tight tolerances
- Material certificates when your order needs them
- Shipment tracking from our dock to yours

Questions About Production Updates
How often will I get updates?
At every stage of your order, and whenever something changes, such as a material delivery or an inspection result. Your engineer sends them on WhatsApp and email.
Which inspection reports do I get?
Every order is inspected under ISO 9001 certified quality systems. Dimension reports, first article inspection (FAI) and CMM reports are available, and your quote lists which ones are included.
What happens if the first sample is not right?
You tell your engineer what to change. The change is made and a new sample is approved before production starts.
Can I see my mold?
Yes. Photos of your mold and its first-shot parts are shared, and they are kept in your mold passport with its shot count and maintenance log.
Will I know where my shipment is?
Yes. You receive the shipping documents and tracking details as soon as your parts leave, and your engineer follows the shipment until it is delivered.

Orders We Have Built and Shipped

Baby Bottle Holder: Turnkey Childcare Product Development, From Sketch to Amazon USA
Our client had an idea for a childcare product and a rough sketch of it. We researched the market, turned the sketch into 3D CAD, refined it through prototype rounds and user feedback, mass produced it in plastic and silicone injection molding, and delivered it DDP. It now sells on Amazon USA and other e-commerce platforms.

Grip-Free Fitness Cuff: From Concept to Injection-Molded Production
Handles and straps route the load through the hands, wrists and joints. Our client’s patent-pending cable attachment loads above the elbow or knee instead. We designed it from scratch, made it ready for plastic injection molding, built the molds, ran volume production and manage the supply chain. It now sells in 27+ countries.

Minimalist Air Purifier Development and Next-Generation Redesign
Our client wanted an air purifier that was affordable and good enough to look at that people would happily place it in their homes and workspaces. We took it from shape exploration to an injection-molded product in mass production, then came back to design its sleeker next generation.

Hoofgrids: Recycled Plastic Ground Stabilization Grids for Horses and High-Traffic Ground
Mud in a paddock is unsafe for horses and hours of work for their owners. Our client wanted a ground stabilization grid made from 100% recycled plastic. We designed it from the first sketch, built the injection molds, produced more than 30,000 units and ship them to the USA in 40 ft containers, all the way to the client’s door.

BR-Scan: AI-Powered Breast Screening Device, From Patent to Certified Mass Production
D3S Healthcare set out to make early breast screening more accessible and affordable. As its official R&D partner, CADLETE developed BR-Scan from the ground up: patent support, electronics and firmware, the housing, injection molding, certification support, packaging and the AI-based screening software.

Hobby Helper: Miniature Painting Handle and Pin Vice, From Prototype to Kickstarter and Production
Miniature painters juggle several tools to hold, drill and paint tiny models. The Hobby Helper puts a painting handle and a pin vice in one. We designed the complete product, 3D printed the MVPs that powered a successful Kickstarter campaign, then built the injection molds and produced more than 500 handles.
