Mechanical Engineering Services We Provide
Three interconnected service areas, each with its own dedicated page covering scope, tools, deliverables and engineering output.
Everything Covered Under One Engineering Engagement
Design of hinges, linkages, gear systems and moving assemblies with load and motion considerations.
Hardware selection, assembly planning and exploded views for production.
ISO and ASME compliant drawings with full dimensional and surface controls.
Conversion of physical parts into accurate CAD models using measurement and reconstruction.
Managing design iterations between prototyping and production.
Complete manufacturing drawings and file packages for global vendors.
Basic FEA for stress, deflection and failure validation.
Optimizing materials, reducing part count and improving manufacturing efficiency.
Trusted By Product Teams Worldwide
NDA before any file exchange
We sign non-disclosure agreements before any technical information is shared. Your IP stays yours.
Timezone overlap available
Morning overlap hours with USA EST, UK and EU teams. Most clients work async and wake up to progress.
Manufacturing connected engineering
Design decisions are made with manufacturing in mind, reducing rework and production issues.
Fixed scope, no surprise invoices
Quote agreed upfront. Revisions included in scope. You will not get an invoice for extra time.
Questions We Hear Before Every Mechanical Engineering Project
What CAD software do you work in?
SolidWorks, CATIA, and Fusion 360 most often, matched to your own file format so revisions stay compatible with your existing design history rather than forcing a conversion.
Can you take over a design that is already partway through development?
Yes. We review the existing CAD, drawings, and any DFM notes first, then scope the handoff so nothing gets rebuilt that does not need to be.
Do you design for injection molding and sheet metal, or only general mechanical parts?
Both. Plastic and sheet metal design for production is one of our three core mechanical service areas, with draft angles, wall thickness, and bend allowances built into the CAD from the start, not corrected after tooling.
How is a mechanical engineering project priced?
Scoped and quoted up front from your requirements, with revisions included in that scope. You will not receive a surprise invoice for extra time.
