How do you protect our IP as our Indian manufacturing partner?
A non disclosure agreement and any written IP paperwork your project needs are signed before a design file, schematic, or firmware is shared, and it stays in place for the life of the engagement. All manufacturing is done in-house, nothing is subcontracted to an outside vendor, so your files, molds, and IP never leave our facility or pass through any other party. Your files are never reused for another client or shown as our own portfolio work without your explicit approval.
How do you manage quality control from a distance?
Our process is ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO/IEC 27001 certified, with documented inspection at every stage from incoming material to final packaging. You get real inspection reports and photos before a shipment leaves, not just a verbal confirmation.
What is the minimum order quantity to work with CADLETE as a manufacturing partner?
There is no minimum, we work at zero MOQ. Batch sizes are set to what a small or first time run actually needs, and we will tell you honestly if a process is not suited to your volume rather than force a mismatched tooling investment.
Who owns the mold once it is built?
You do, outright and immediately, not after hitting a volume target. There is no amortization clause and no lien on the tooling, the mold built for your product is yours from day one, for life, and we never resell it, repurpose it for another client, or run it for anyone but you.
How does delivery work once units are manufactured?
DDP, Delivered Duty Paid, door to door. We handle international logistics and customs paperwork end to end, so your shipment arrives fully cleared at your address, not stuck at a customs desk that becomes your problem.
How does communication actually work across time zones?
Every inquiry gets a response within 24 hours from a real engineer, not an auto-reply, and our Ludwigsburg office gives European clients a working-hours overlap and a local point of contact when needed.
What changes when one team designs and manufactures our product?
Our own engineering team designs the product, so mechanical, electronics, and firmware are built to manufacture cleanly before production tooling starts. Manufacturability issues are caught in the design for manufacture review, not after tooling, and one named engineer owns your product from the first file to delivery.
Does the Germany office mean CE compliance is handled for us?
Our Ludwigsburg team can support the CE compliance conversation and coordinate with your notified body, but CE certification itself is issued by an accredited third party, not by CADLETE. We are upfront about that distinction rather than implying a guarantee we cannot make.
