Precision Manufacturing Partner for Tight-Tolerance Parts
CNC machining, precision sheet metal, and precision-fit assemblies from an India-based team that designs as well as manufactures. Zero MOQ, lifetime tooling ownership, and 100% in-house production, no subcontracting to China or a third country.
Design and precision manufacturing, one team, not a handoff
- Tight-tolerance CNC machining, precision sheet metal, and precision-fit assemblies, reviewed against your drawing before we quote
- Design and manufacturing under one team, not a design house that hands your files to a separate machine shop
- Zero MOQ manufacturing: no binding minimum order quantity on your first production run
- Lifetime ownership of any fixture or tool built for your part, never resold, repurposed, or run for another client
- 100% in-house manufacturing, nothing subcontracted to China or a third-country vendor, so your files and tooling never leave our facility
- ISO 9001 certified process, with documented inspection and a report sent before every shipment

What We Can Actually Hold, by Process
Standard and precision tolerance tiers exist for a reason: tighter control costs more to hold. Here is what each process realistically achieves.
| Manufacturing Process | Standard Tolerance Range (mm) | Precision / Minimum Achievable (mm) |
|---|---|---|
| CNC Machining (General) | ±0.05 mm to ±0.13 mm | ±0.01 mm to ±0.025 mm |
| High-Precision VMC Machining | ±0.01 mm to ±0.025 mm | ±0.0025 mm to ±0.005 mm |
| Injection Moulding | ±0.10 mm to ±0.20 mm | ±0.025 mm to ±0.05 mm |
| Casting (Die / Investment) | ±0.20 mm to ±0.50 mm | ±0.05 mm to ±0.10 mm |
| Sheet Metal Fabrication | ±0.25 mm to ±0.50 mm | ±0.13 mm to ±0.20 mm |
Standard and precision tolerances are priced differently. Precision-tier work needs slower cycle times, tuned tooling, and additional inspection, so a quote for tight-tolerance parts reflects that extra process control, not a flat per-part rate across every tolerance tier. Tell us which tier your part actually needs and we will quote accordingly.
Our Precision Manufacturing Process
The same disciplined process whether it is a single prototype part or a full production batch.
Design Review & DFM
Your files are reviewed for manufacturability against your own drawing and tolerances before we quote tooling or machining.
Quotation & Zero-MOQ Production Plan
A real quote and manufacturing plan sized to what your run actually needs, not a high-volume minimum.
In-House Tooling & Fixturing
Any fixture or tool your part needs is built and owned by you for life, entirely in-house.
Precision Machining & Inspection
Parts are machined and inspected against your drawing at every stage, not checked only at the end of the run.
Final QC & DDP Delivery
A documented inspection report is sent before dispatch, then units are delivered DDP, door to door, customs handled end to end.
Where Our Precision Manufacturing Applies
Different industries, the same underlying discipline: tight tolerances, documented inspection, and repeatable production.
Precision-fit enclosures and internal components for compact electronic assemblies.
Machined components and structural parts built for continuous duty and repeatable tolerance.
Precision parts and sub-assemblies for vehicles and mobility hardware.
Machined components produced under our ISO 13485-aligned quality process.
Precision tooling and fixtures supporting high-repeatability packaging lines.
Tight-tolerance machined components produced under a documented, inspected process.
What Founders and Engineers Ask Before Choosing a Precision Manufacturing Partner
What is your minimum order quantity?
None, we work at zero MOQ. A single prototype part is handled the same way as a full production batch, not turned away for being too small.
What tolerances can you hold?
It depends on the process and how tight your part actually needs to be, see the tolerance table above. Standard CNC machining typically holds ±0.05mm to ±0.13mm, tightening to ±0.01mm to ±0.025mm on precision work, and our high-precision VMC machining goes down to ±0.0025mm to ±0.005mm. Standard and precision tolerances are priced differently, so tell us which tier your part needs and we will confirm it against your drawing before quoting, rather than accept a job we cannot reliably deliver.
Who owns any fixtures or tooling built for our part?
You do, outright and immediately, not after hitting a volume target. There is no amortization clause and no lien on it, it is yours from day one, for life, and we never resell it, repurpose it, or run it for another client.
How is our design data and IP protected?
A non disclosure agreement and any written IP paperwork your project needs are signed before a file is shared. All manufacturing is done in-house, nothing is subcontracted to China or a third-country vendor, so your files and tooling never leave our facility or pass through any other party.
Why choose CADLETE over a large manufacturing sourcing platform?
A large sourcing platform matches your order to whichever factory has open capacity that week, so you may work with a different shop every order. With CADLETE your design and production stay with the same in-house team every time, one point of contact, and one facility that already knows your part.
What quality process do you run?
ISO 9001 certified process sitewide, with documented dimensional inspection against your drawing and a report sent before every shipment, not just a verbal confirmation.
