Not Happy With Your Supplier? Try Us for One Batch
Prices going up, deliveries slipping or quality changing from batch to batch? Send us your drawings or a sample part. We make one trial batch, and your monthly or quarterly batch production starts only when you are happy with the parts.
Does This Sound Familiar?
- Rates went up again? Your engineer quotes your next batch within 24 hours, with delivery to your door priced in when you want it.
- Deliveries keep slipping? You get a dated batch plan and photos from every production stage.
- Quality changes from batch to batch? Every order is inspected under ISO 9001 certified quality systems before it is packed.
- Replies are slow or unclear? One named engineer owns your part and answers within 24 hours.
- Minimum orders too high? We have no minimum order quantity, so each batch matches your real need.
- Only one supplier for a key part? Run one batch with us while your current supplier keeps going.

How a Trial Batch Works
One batch, judged on real parts. Your current supply keeps running while you decide.
Send Your Part
Share drawings, CAD or a sample part, with your monthly or quarterly quantity. We sign an NDA before any file is shared.
Quote Within 24 Hours
Your engineer reviews the part and replies with a quote for your batch size, including tooling if a new mold is needed.
Sample Approval
You approve the first sample on video, then we send you the physical sample before the batch starts.
Your Trial Batch
We produce one batch with photos from each stage, inspect it before packing and ship it to you.
Your Regular Schedule
If the parts are right, the same engineer runs your batches monthly or quarterly, with no new briefing each time.
What Comes With Every Batch
The same part, the same engineer and the same checks, batch after batch.
A clear price for each batch size, so you can plan monthly or quarterly orders.
First samples approved on video, then in your hands, before the batch runs.
Every order is inspected under ISO 9001 certified quality systems, with the reports listed on your quote.
Your engineer keeps your product history, so a reorder starts without a new briefing.
Bring your existing mold if your supplier releases it, or we build a new one that you own from day one.
Batch sizes follow your real demand, from small runs to full volume.
Questions Before Your First Batch
Do we have to leave our current supplier?
No. You can run one batch with us while your current supplier keeps going, and decide after you see the parts.
Can you make the part we buy today?
Yes. We work from your drawings and CAD, or reverse engineer the part from a sample. Your engineer lists any change, such as a material or finish, before you approve the quote.
What do you need to quote our next batch?
Drawings or CAD, or a sample part; the material and finish; your batch size and how often you order; and your delivery address. A target price helps, but it is optional.
Can our existing mold be used?
If your current supplier releases it, your engineer checks the mold on arrival and records it in a mold passport. If a new mold is the safer route, we quote both.
What is the smallest batch you run?
There is no minimum order quantity. Your quote shows the price for the batch sizes you ask about.
How do you keep quality the same from batch to batch?
Your approved sample becomes the reference. Every order is inspected under ISO 9001 certified quality systems before it is packed, and your engineer shares photos from each stage.
Do you ship to our country?
We ship by sea or air to 18+ countries so far, delivered DDP or DAP as you prefer.

Products We Make in Batches

Horse Head Handle: Sculptural Zinc Die-Cast Hardware, from 40+ Sketches to 4,000+ Units
A US maker of horse barn hardware wanted a handle nobody else had. We explored more than 40 sketches, sculpted a lifelike horse head with a spiral grip and a seahorse-inspired tail, engineered it for zinc die casting with in-house tooling, finished it in premium PVD colors and delivered more than 4,000 units DDP to the USA.

Hobby Helper: Miniature Painting Handle and Pin Vice, From Prototype to Kickstarter and Production
Miniature painters juggle several tools to hold, drill and paint tiny models. The Hobby Helper puts a painting handle and a pin vice in one. We designed the complete product, 3D printed the MVPs that powered a successful Kickstarter campaign, then built the injection molds and produced more than 500 handles.

Precision Eyebrow Tweezers: Low-Cost Sheet Metal Design with PVD Finish
Tweezers are a small product with high expectations: users want precision and a premium feel, brands want a low production cost. We designed eyebrow tweezers around laser cutting, sheet metal forming and grinding, proved the form with 3D printed prototypes, then finished them with PVD coating and a laser-engraved logo.

Smart Heart and Lung Transport System: Commercial Organ Boxes with App-Based Temperature Monitoring
After a successful functional prototype, doctors wanted organ-specific transport boxes they could check in at an airport. We turned the R&D prototypes into commercial heart and lung transport boxes: sheet metal enclosures, organ support mechanisms, a custom PCB, a removable battery and a mobile app that monitors and logs temperature on every trip.

Minimalist Air Purifier Development and Next-Generation Redesign
Our client wanted an air purifier that was affordable and good enough to look at that people would happily place it in their homes and workspaces. We took it from shape exploration to an injection-molded product in mass production, then came back to design its sleeker next generation.

Custom Pet Feeder Bowl for Large Breed Dogs
Bowls made for average dogs slide, tip and spill when a Bull Mastiff eats. Our client wanted one built for the big breeds. We designed a non-slip feeder bowl with an overmolded steel base, a custom anti-skid pad and a pad-printed logo, validated it with real dogs, and took it into injection-molded production.
