Hoofgrids: Mud-Free Ground for Horses, Built and Delivered End to End

Mud is one of the biggest headaches in any barn. It makes paddocks and stalls unsafe, increases cleanup time, and creates moisture-related health problems for horses. Hoofgrids solve this with ground stabilization grids that create a stable, free-draining surface, made from 100% recycled plastic.

CADLETE Designs designed the grids from scratch. We started with industrial design sketches, developed the product design and a snap mechanism that lets the grids lock together, and validated the design with 3D printed prototypes. The grids were then made compatible with injection molding, and we developed the molds and took the product into bulk production, with more than 30,000 units delivered to the USA.

We also run the entire supply chain. CADLETE handles full cargo sea shipping in 40 ft containers, along with all export documentation, on the client's behalf. The client simply places an order, and we take responsibility for getting the goods to their doorstep.

The result is an eco-friendly product for paddocks, stalls, barn flooring, access roads, driveways and car parks, backed by a truly hands-off manufacturing partnership.
