Charcoolerie Box
About this project
A food and hospitality client wanted a serving box that looked as good on the table as it performed in the kitchen. We designed the Charcoolerie Box to combine leakproof cooling with clean, manufacturable presentation.
What we did
Injection molding ready design: We built a clean, functional design optimized for injection molding, so the box could be manufactured efficiently at scale without losing quality or looks.
Integrated cooling: At the client’s request, we added dedicated space for two ice packs, one at the top and one at the bottom, to keep food fresh and cold for longer service windows.
Compartment fitment testing: A 3D printed prototype validated every compartment for sealing performance, usability, and precise fitment before tooling.
Branding preview: We ran UV logo printing on the lid so the client could see a realistic preview of the finished, branded product.
