Charcuterie Box: Organized, Chilled and Leak-Resistant

A charcuterie board looks great on the table, but carrying and storing one is a different story. Foods need to stay separated, cool and fresh, and nothing should leak from one section into another. Our client wanted a premium charcuterie box that solves all of this in one product.

CADLETE Designs handled the complete product development, starting with the industrial design. We designed multiple compartments to keep foods separated and organized, integrated dedicated ice packs on both the top and bottom to keep contents cool, and focused heavily on a fully watertight, leak-resistant system so liquids and foods stay in their own compartments. Alongside the product, we created the client's logo and overall product branding.

We then built a fully functional 3D printed working prototype to validate the design and how it performed. With the design proven, the injection mold was developed and the product moved into manufacturing.

The finished charcuterie box is now commercially available on multiple e-commerce platforms, taking the client from idea to a branded product on the market.
