Stainless Steel Bird Feeder: Built to Last Outdoors
Most bird feeders on the market are lightweight wooden or toy-like products that wear out quickly outdoors. A US-based client wanted something better: a reliable, long-lasting feeder with a unique design that could handle years of outdoor use.
Instead of wood or MDF, CADLETE Designs recommended stainless steel as the primary material for greater durability, strength and product life. We developed 5 to 6 different bird feeder concepts and built functional prototypes so the client could evaluate them in person.
Once the design was finalized, we developed the metal tooling and moved the product into bulk production.
CADLETE now manufactures and supplies the bird feeders to the client in the USA, where they are selling successfully through e-commerce channels.
