In this project, we worked on designing and manufacturing custom rotating wheel center caps for automotive wheels. These center caps add a unique, eye-catching feature to vehicles by keeping the logo or emblem upright and visible even when the wheels are spinning.

What We Did:

• Design & Engineering: We created a customized design for the center caps, focusing on both style and the smooth functioning of the rotating mechanism.

• Prototype Development: Functional prototypes were made and thoroughly tested to ensure the rotation worked reliably at different speeds and conditions.

• Injection Mold Design: After validating the design, we developed precision injection molds for eight different sizes, making the caps compatible with a wide range of wheels.

• Mass Production: We oversaw the mass production process, ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards and consistent performance across all units.

• Packaging Design: Our team also designed attractive and protective packaging to make the product stand out and stay safe during shipping.

• Logistics & Supply: We managed the entire logistics chain, from production to final delivery, ensuring smooth and timely distribution.
