In this project, we collaborated with a client to design a leakproof  Charcoolerie Box, combining elegant presentation with smart functionality for food storage and serving.

What We Did:

• Injection Molding Ready Design: We developed a clean, functional design optimized for injection molding, ensuring that the product could be efficiently manufactured at scale without compromising on quality or aesthetics.

• Integrated Cooling Feature: As per the client’s request, we incorporated space for two ice packs, one at the top and one at the bottom, to help keep the food fresh and cool for extended periods.

• Compartment Fitment Testing: A 3D printed prototype was created to validate the design and ensure precise fitment of all compartments, checking for usability, sealing performance, and user experience.

• Branding & Aesthetics: To evaluate the final visual appeal, we also conducted UV logo printing on the lid, giving the client a realistic preview of how the finished product would look with their branding.
