In this project, we designed a specialized feeder bowl for Bull Mastiff dogs, addressing a unique gap in the pet care market. The client approached us with the idea of creating a bowl that could handle the size, strength, and feeding posture of large breeds something very few options currently offer.

What We Did:

• Concept & Design Development: We began by exploring several design concepts focused on stability, durability, and comfort for large dogs..

• Injection Molding Ready Design: Once the concept was finalized, we developed manufacture-ready CAD models, optimized for injection molding.

• Prototype & User Testing: We produced functional prototypes and shared them for real-world feedback with pet owners. The response was overwhelmingly positive so strong that the client decided to expand the product line to include bowls for all dog sizes and even cats.

• Next Steps: We are now preparing for injection molding production of the full product range, ensuring quality and consistency across every size variant.

This project showcases our ability to identify niche market needs, design practical solutions, and scale them into successful, production-ready products.
