This project was inspired by a frequent traveler who often struggled to use a laptop comfortably while on the move. The client wanted a practical solution integrated directly into a travel trolley, allowing them to work efficiently without needing a separate table or stand.

What We Did:

• Problem Understanding & Concept Design: We began by analyzing the user’s travel challenges and created a concept for a trolley handle with a built-in, foldable laptop stand, enabling quick setup for work on the go.
• Ergonomic & Stable Structure: To ensure comfort and stability while typing, we integrated a footrest mechanism into the trolley’s design, allowing the user to stabilize the trolley when in use as a workstation.
• Mechanical Design & Prototyping: We engineered the complete mechanism including the extendable trolley handle, foldable laptop stand, and footrest focusing on durability, smooth operation, and compactness.
• 3D Modeling & Functional Prototype: After completing the design, we 3D printed and assembled a functional prototype, successfully demonstrating the usability, strength, and travel convenience of the product.
