In this project, we worked with a client who needed a better creeper board design for mechanics and car enthusiasts working under vehicles. The main goals were to solve two common problems: poor visibility in dark spaces and discomfort during long hours of work.

What We Did:

• Problem-Focused Design: We carefully listened to the client’s needs and focused on two key improvements:

  • Integrated Lighting: We added built-in lights to the board, providing clear visibility under cars without the need for extra handheld flashlights.

  • Enhanced Comfort: We included extra cushioned padding, making it more comfortable for users to lie on the board for extended periods.

• Creative Brainstorming & Design: Our team brainstormed various concepts, then developed a detailed and practical design that balanced functionality, comfort, and durability.

• Prototype Development: We built a fully functional prototype for the client to test, evaluate, and provide feedback on before moving to mass production.

This project showcases our ability to take client problems and turn them into smart, user-focused product solutions — improving safety, comfort, and overall work efficiency.
