Box Build Manufacturing Partner in India
PCB assembly, firmware flashing, enclosure integration, and functional testing, delivered as one finished, ready to ship product. Not a bare board handed back for you to finish.
One line, one vendor, one finished product
- PCB fabrication and assembly (PCBA), from your Gerber files or ours
- Firmware flashing and functional test before a unit leaves the line
- Enclosure sourcing or injection molded housing integration
- Cable, connector, and mechanical sub-assembly integration
- Final QC, packaging, and box ready shipment

Our Box Build Manufacturing Process
The same PCB assembly to finished product workflow whether it is your first production run or your fifth.
Design Review & DFM
Your PCB and mechanical files are reviewed for manufacturability before tooling or fabrication starts, so problems get caught on screen, not on the line.
PCB Fabrication & Assembly
Bare boards are fabricated and populated, with automated optical inspection on every panel before it moves to the next stage.
Firmware & Functional Test
Firmware is flashed and every unit runs through a functional test jig, confirming the board actually works before it goes into an enclosure.
Enclosure & Sub-Assembly Integration
The tested PCBA is integrated into its enclosure, with cables, connectors, and any mechanical sub-assemblies fitted and secured.
Final QC & Packaging
A full visual and functional inspection pass, then the unit is packed and ready to ship, whether that is to you or straight to your customer.
Where Box Builds Matter Most
Box build needs vary by product category, but the underlying process, assemble, flash, test, ship, stays the same.
Connected devices and sensor systems shipped ready to pair.
Smart devices and embedded interfaces built to retail quality.
Monitoring and automation hardware built for continuous duty.
Embedded control and sensing systems, built to a documented process.
Embedded monitoring and communication hardware for vehicles and fleets.
Connected control and sensing platforms for buildings and sites.
What Founders Ask Before Their First Box Build Run
What is included in a "box build" versus just PCB assembly?
A box build takes the finished, tested printed circuit board and integrates it into its enclosure, connects cables and sub-assemblies, flashes and verifies firmware, and packs the unit ready to ship. PCB assembly alone stops at the populated board; a box build is the complete, sellable product.
Can you box build from a design that is not fully finished yet?
Yes. If your PCB or enclosure design still needs work, our engineering team reviews it for manufacturability first, so tooling and fabrication do not start on a design that will need rework later.
What is the minimum order quantity for a box build run?
We work with founders on their first production run, not only repeat large volume orders, so batch sizes are set to what a small or first time run actually needs, rather than a high volume minimum.
How do you handle IP protection on a box build project?
A non disclosure agreement is signed before any design file, schematic, or firmware is shared with our team, and it stays in place for the life of the engagement.
