Custom Microphone Holder: A Stage Accessory Designed Around an Artist

For performers, every object on stage is part of their identity. A Belgian pop singer and musical artist approached CADLETE Designs looking for something distinctive: a custom piece that could wrap around her microphone and reflect her personality as an artist.

We designed a microphone holder built around her identity and rockstar theme, translating a personal style into a physical product. The design had to look bold while still fitting practically around the mic, so form and fit were developed together in 3D CAD.

To bring the concept to life, we produced a high-quality 3D printed functional prototype and sent it to the artist. 3D printing made it possible to deliver a detailed, custom design without tooling, which suits one-off creative products like this.

The result is a personalized stage accessory that turns an everyday piece of equipment into part of the artist's look, and a good example of how custom product design and 3D printing can serve creative professionals.
