Custom Wheel Spacers: Precision Parts for a UK Wheel Accessory Brand
Wheel spacers have to fit exactly and stay secure, so precision matters at every step. Our UK-based automotive client, for whom we also supply custom wheel centre caps, asked CADLETE Designs to develop a range of custom wheel spacers for its growing wheel accessory portfolio.
We handled both product development and manufacturing. The spacers were mechanically designed to meet the required fitment and dimensional requirements, then produced through CNC machining.
To assemble them, we used press fitting and hydraulic pressing to securely install the bolts into the machined spacers. Each spacer was then finished with a high-quality powder coating for a durable, premium surface.
