Portable Hot Chamber

About this project
We designed and built a portable hot chamber to help heat small components quickly and efficiently. This solution was ideal for workshops and small-scale production lines needing a compact, reliable heating system.
What we did
Smart, practical design: Designed the chamber using sheet metal fabrication, making it durable, lightweight, and easy to move around different work areas.
Conveyor belt system: Integrated a conveyor belt mechanism that moves components smoothly through the hot chamber, ensuring even and consistent heating.
Collection bucket: A bucket system at the end of the process collects and safely holds the heated parts, allowing for easy handling and continuous workflow.
Batch production: Produced a small batch of these chambers for initial market testing and client use. Each unit was finished with powder coating for a high-quality, protective, professional look.
This project showcases our expertise in combining mechanical design, fabrication, and production-ready engineering, delivering a complete solution from concept to finished product.
