Electronic Toy Whistle: From Ideation Sketches to Molding-Ready Design

Electronic Toy Whistle: Fun Design, Built for Production
Toys need to be playful, safe and affordable to make in large numbers. A toy manufacturing company approached CADLETE Designs to design an electronic toy whistle.
We started with ideation sketches and industrial design to explore fun, child-friendly shapes. After reviewing the options with the client, we finalized the shape.
We then designed the electronics and the housing, following toy-making guidelines and injection molding guidelines so the product would suit large-scale toy production.
The result is a playful toy design that is ready to move toward manufacturing.
