Mastiff Dog Feeding Bucket: Sized for the Biggest Breeds

Large dog breeds such as Mastiffs and Bulldogs often struggle with standard feeding bowls, which are too small and not designed around their size or feeding behavior. Our client wanted a simple, minimal and practical solution that gives enough space for the dog's head, reduces food spillage, and is easy to clean and carry.

CADLETE Designs developed the concept into a functional, manufacturing-ready design focused on simplicity, usability and suitability for large dogs, while keeping it easy to handle by hand.

For initial validation, we built a low-cost functional prototype using sheet metal fabrication. We handled the complete process: sheet metal design, DFM, laser cutting, bending, welding, finishing and coating.

The prototype gave the client a practical way to check the form, dimensions, usability and overall concept physically, before investing in more expensive production tooling.
