LARP Armor Electronics: From 50 Units to 500, Plug-and-Play
After its LARP Armor Suit was developed, our client was ready to produce it. They needed a partner who could take full responsibility for the electronics, so their team could focus on the mechanical armor.
CADLETE Designs managed the complete electronics production for a 50-unit small batch. This covered PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, component sourcing and cable assemblies, plus integration of every electronic module: buzzers, power buttons, speaker and audio components, USB Type-C charging modules, accelerometers, connectors and wiring.
Every unit was delivered fully assembled and tested, with complete cable assemblies. The client simply installed the prepared PCB into the armor body and plugged the pre-assembled cables into their connectors.
The 50-unit batch passed testing and integration successfully. Building on that result, CADLETE is now working on a 500-unit production order, continuing to manage electronics manufacturing, assembly, testing and supply chain.
