Loop AMR: Autonomous Material Handling for Modern Warehouses

Warehouses and factories are turning to robots to move materials faster and more safely. Loop AMR is part of a series of industrial Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) built to automate material handling, transport and pick-and-place operations.

One robot in the series is a forklift-style AMR that operates fully autonomously. It navigates through the facility, transports loads and drives itself to its charging station without constant manual input, and the platform can be adapted to different AMR and AGV functions.

CADLETE Designs handled the complete physical product development: the robot chassis, the heavy-duty industrial outer structure, internal mechanisms, the forklift mechanism, sheet metal design and mechanical engineering. We also worked on the hardware and software integration to deliver a fully functional robot with remote-control capability.

The robot was tested in warehousing environments in Ahmedabad and is progressing toward real-world industrial deployment. CADLETE also developed the Loop Robotics brand identity, including the logo and visual direction.
