Mobile Phone Lock Pouch
About this project
We designed a phone lock pouch for people who genuinely want to step away from their screen, students, professionals, or anyone taking a deliberate digital break.
What we did
Product design: A compact, secure, user-friendly pouch made from durable material with a zipper lock and a smart timer-based locking mechanism.
Custom locking mechanism: A reliable electronic locking system, controlled by a timer, that locks and unlocks automatically once the set countdown ends.
Electronics and firmware: We designed and fabricated a custom PCB for the timer lock, and wrote the firmware that controls the locking logic.
Prototyping and testing: Functional prototypes were built and tested to refine performance and the everyday user experience.
Market-ready production: A small manufactured batch was produced for early market testing, gathering feedback and validating the concept.
