Sliding Door Guide: Minimal Look, Solid Function
Sliding door hardware is often bulky and purely functional. Our client wanted a minimal, modern door guide and stopper for a sliding door system that looks clean while staying functional and durable.
CADLETE Designs developed the complete mechanical design, focusing on minimal aesthetics and practical manufacturing. To evaluate the design, appearance, fit and function, we produced fully functional prototypes using CNC and VMC machining and supplied them to the client.
The prototypes were approved, and the project is now moving into die-casting production. Each component gets the material that suits it best, with some parts developed for aluminum die casting and others for zinc die casting.
CADLETE is now supporting the move from machined prototypes to production-ready die-cast components.
