Dutch Door Grille System: Engineered for High-Volume Supply
A US-based client needed a complete Dutch door grille system, including the locking and functional components that make it work. CADLETE Designs developed the full system and the manufacturing to support it.
We started with the complete mechanical design of each component, then used CNC and VMC machining to create accurate, fully functional prototypes.
After the client approved the prototype, we developed aluminum die-casting tooling for the full range of grille components. We also set up the manufacturing and supply chain to support production of approximately 10,000 pieces per month, including the production workflow and assembly line.
CADLETE supplies the finished raw aluminum die-cast components to the client, who completes the final powder coating at their own facility.
