Smart Helmet Sensor: Ultra-Low-Power BLE PCB for Rider Safety Tracking

Smart Helmet Sensor: Proving Safe Riding, Ride After Ride
A helmet only protects riders when they actually wear it. Our client needed a reliable way to track whether a helmet is worn and for how long a rider has driven with it on, turning safe riding into measurable data.
CADLETE Designs developed a low-power PCB that reliably transmits the helmet's worn state and the distance the user has driven while wearing it correctly. The board can also send alerts and transmit data over BLE, all while operating on an extremely low power current.
Electronics are only useful if they stay in place, so we also designed the mechanical mounting mechanism, with anti-slip and anti-fall-off features to keep the device secure on the helmet.
The result is a compact, energy-efficient smart helmet module that supports rider safety programs with reliable, real-world data.
